Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Tower Rush on earnhance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered players, and anyone accessing earnhance content through third-party embeds or partner platforms. Last updated: 1 January 2026.

Use of the Platform

You may use earnhance for personal, non-commercial gameplay only. Automated play, score manipulation, exploit use, or any action that degrades the experience for other players is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All game assets, tower designs, map layouts, audio, and source code on earnhance are the exclusive property of earnhance and its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

The earnhance brand name, logo, and Tower Rush title are protected trademarks. You may not use them in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. earnhance is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.

Limitation of Liability

earnhance provides the Tower Rush game on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for data loss, score discrepancies, or downtime beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, earnhance's total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Third-Party Services

earnhance may link to or integrate third-party platforms for leaderboard data, analytics, or payment processing. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect platform integrity and user data. You agree not to attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with earnhance systems or networks in any way.

Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law and GDPR where relevant, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held by earnhance. Submit requests to info@earnhance.in.

Changes to These Terms

earnhance may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
